At Cane Creek, we stand behind our handcrafted cycling components and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Request an RA Number
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Pack Your Components
Securely pack your unused items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our Fletcher, North Carolina facility using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
